HOW DOES IT WORK:

After your purchase you will receive a PDF file with a LINK to your Canva template. The PDF file also includes bonus wedding planning tips and brief instructions for editing and printing.

HOW DO I RECEIVE MY PURCHASE?

2 | Open your email to get access to your purchase
3 | Download the PDF file, open the PDF and click on the link
4 | A new window will open for you to start using the wedding planning template
5 | The wedding planning template can now be accessed and edited in your Canva account

NOTE: If you do not have a Canva account, you will be instructed to make one at this time, which can be a free account or paid (you only need a free account to edit this template) This will allow you to save your progress throughout your wedding planning journey.

If the colors or fonts are not exactly what you are looking for, you can edit them throughout the entire template using the "change all" feature on Canva desktop version.

HOW DO I SAVE THE CHANGES MADE TO MY TEMPLATE?

When you are logged in to your Canva account and connected to the internet, your changes will save automatically

CAN I SHARE MY COPY OF THE TEMPLATE WITH MY FIANCE, PARENTS, OR COORDINATOR?

Yes! To share the template with others, click “share” in the upper right hand corner on the computer. Under “People with Access” enter the emails of the members you would like to add to the template. You can edit their access to allow them full access, view only, or comment only.

DO I NEED CANVA PRO IN ORDER TO DOWNLOAD THE TEMPLATE WHEN I AM DONE?

No, the template is created using only free elements, fonts, and images. When editing the template, if you choose to add images or shapes from Canva’s premium collection it will prompt you to upgrade your account before downloading. You can avoid this by uploading your own images and screenshots, and filtering the Canva elements to “free”.

IF I PRINT THE PAGES TO PLACE IN A BINDER, WHAT SIZE BINDER SHOULD I GET?

The template pages are scaled to the standard printer paper size of 8.5x11" which would fit the typical binder sleeves. The size of binder you should get would depend on the number of pages you print, and if you add stationery and samples to a sleeve in the back. A one and a half inch binder should be perfect to hold everything you need.

I WANT TO CHANGE THE COLOR THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE TEMPLATE, HOW DO I DO THAT?

There is an option to change the color of all of the same elements or fonts at once using the desktop version of Canva, making it easy to customize to fit the perfect shade of your wedding day! See the Instructions at the bottom of page 6 in this document for more details.
